And yes.. in a town where you don’t feel very..welcome..you step in to the hotel and everyone are kind and polite with you, they are professional. I loved the staff to the breakfast, they were working fast but in silence, the room was very clean each day(we stayed for 10 nights). I can tell you that it’s the best option you have as the location is also excellent as it’s so close to center and their mall. Also its value of money for what you get. Thank you for not making us feel unwelcome.

Good location close to the city centre. Easy to walk to from the main station, too. Very nice rooms and comfortable beds. I would stay here again for sure!

The hotel is really well situated to visit the city centre and the Aachener Dom. The car park is attached to the hotel so no need to lug bags around for ages. There are plenty of restaurants and eateries within easy walking distance as well as the possibility to eat at the hotel itself. The staff were friendly and helpful.

We had a great stay in the hotel. It is close to all attractions including to the Carolus Thermes. Clean, comfortable, friendly staff, very good breakfast.
