Employees helpful, location was really good, very central, cleaning of the room was quick and well done

This hotel is located a short walk from the train station and another short walk from the old City centre. It has a very nice ground floor reception area / bar. The staff were polite and very helpful. The bed and shower were great.

The staff were very accommodating on early check and the room was very well appointed. The hotel location was very central which was great for sightseeing in the old city

The breakfirst was excellent. A lot of choice and bio products. Cosy dining room. Excellent service we had at the reception desk. A very nice guy gave us address of asia restaurant. And the most important gave us the information to take the bus to Monschau to avoid climbing up by bicycle for 30 km. (Vennbahn) Thanks a lot. Very helpfull for ladies over 60 and something.
