The room was clean and comfortable. The beds were very comfortable. The shower was hot and decent and the towels were better than usual for the price. We all felt the room was good value for money

This is an excellent base for visiting the old centre of Aachen with the pedestrian area beginning just across the road. The hotel is simple but our room was spotlessly clean and, although compact, was well designed with space for clothes and luggage, many sockets and pleasing details such as a plentiful supply of hanging hooks. The breakfast was superb with a very varied array of foods and fresh eggs prepared to order. We chose not to drive into the centre of Aachen but to use the Park and Ride service which worked extremely well as the hotel is just a few minutes' walk from the bus station. An exceptional small hotel and excellent value for money.

Location excellent for Christmas market and shopping in the city centre. Bedrooms are small but clean and comfortable. Breakfast was good eggs were cooked to order and there was cereal bread rolls straight out of the oven! Meats and cheese cake yogurt all in supply. I would happily stay again

Room was clean, comfortable and nicely appointed. Breakfast was excellent with a wide selection. All the staff were very friendly, welcoming and nothing was too much bother. We felt very relaxed and would definitely recommend. It's just a few 100 meetres from the centre of Aachen so ideal.

The location of this hotel is very good as it is opposite the city centre close to shops. The street in front of the hotel is quite busy. The room is spacious. The price/quality rate is good. The breakfast is quite good; eggs are prepared and served fresh on request.
