The room was spacious, comfortable, and well-equipped, with a small fridge and a pleasant terrace. The hotel isn’t located right in the city center, but it’s easily accessible by bus. Overall, the stay went very well. However, the welcome could be improved — the woman at reception when we arrived (older, with dark hair) came across as rather unfriendly and condescending. Other than that, everything was perfect.

We got a free upgrade to a suite, dont know why but it was an awesome experience! Very friendly staff and very helpfull for anything we asked for! If we are in aachen again we are coming back for sure!

We have been here many many times, we have just recently changed for more “close to the centre” options, but no other beats the quality/price aspect. It is always clean, I see they are slowly renovating the rooms, the staff are always nice and helpful
