Excellent stay! Perfect location, just steps from the Rialto Bridge and close to everything. The room was spacious and clean, and the atmosphere was cozy and intimate – it felt more like staying in a home than a hotel. Alessandro was very attentive and made me feel truly welcome. I highly recommend it!

Süper clean, spacious room with a nice decoration, very nice big red rose 🌹 Very nice TV, warm welcoming with lots of recommendations about the city! perfect location just next to the ponte Rialto, delicious breakfast which makes totally full, very nice coffee machine, nice personal notes with cookies, sauna! This hotel experience definitely made our Venice trip unforgettable 🙏🏼

The accommodation is perfect in every way. It is in a perfect location, 3 minutes from the Rialto Bridge near the Grand Canal. with an extremely kind, attentive and helpful host. Alessandro is a very good host in everything. the breakfast is the same every day, but it meets all needs. I would choose this accommodation again and I will recommend it to all my friends who are planning a trip to Venice.

Great location in the heart of Venice. Loved to have a sauna! It’s a really small one (max 2 people, sitting position) but the place has just 3 rooms so it can get too busy. Bed was big and really double, not two single mattresses like you get in general. Comfortable bed and good shower. All very clean, bed changed everyday. Really big attention to detail by the owner, we even got a bottle upon arrival as I had mentioned we had our couple anniversary :)

The location is central. It was very clean. Excellent breakfast and snacks. The host realised it was my birthday and delivered a bottle of wine to our room!
