The room was comfortable and clean, and it was close to the city center. Check-in was easy, and the owner was very helpful.

Stefan went above and beyond to help us with the luggages. We did not know that the accomodation had no elevator and my companion had knee problem so we could not go up all those stairs. He kindly swap our room (from 2nd level twin) to the double room on level 1 with no extra charge. Stefan also assisted us with the luggages when we checked in and out.

The host is extremely kind and helpful; our room was very clean and comfortable; the air conditioner was maybe the best in Ravenna and was truly a relief to have in the heat :) The location is very convenient, especially if you plan to visit other locations around Ravenna, since it is close to the station and lots of bus stops.
