I was happy, that it was so close to the beach front! The view on the balcony is gorgeous. I was surprised, that there was a brand new washing machine and air conditioning. Also they had repainted rooom in white color and had renovated bathroom. The bonus from the apartments- they gave us mobile sunbeds, so we saved a lot of money, because there were no need to rent them on the beach.

The location to the sea was brilliant The owner was amazing and very helpful The little terrace wonderful Sunlounger included and beach towels Close to some beach restaurant and sunloungers to rent there Nice walk to Porto Montenegro Good supermarket on main road Close to some nice restaurants Small kitchen area and nice shower off kitchen Comfy double bed

Our unit was on the bottom floor near the shop side. We loved the location as it is right across from the beach. Bedroom has ac which is great and very much needed. Several grocery markets are within 6 minute walk and a bakery is very close as well. Nice shaded patio. Apartment has a bedroom a small kitchen with utensils, pots, plates and cups and a bathroom. Our host Sanja was so polite and kind. We got fresh towels everh 2nd day which was great. They also give you beach towels and beach chairs. Also a bonus was a washing machine in the bathroom. Vanja who communicates over the app is also very polite and kind and responds quickly to messages.

Friendly high hospitality Villa Marija owner ,Sufficient an lean comfortable room.Great science virw from room balcony ,Very near seaside.We had a very good holiday and more than our expectations. The owner of Villa Marija is very friendly and hospitable. Her daughter who speaks English and writes directly answers to your questions. The sea is super, clean, the science view is great. The room we were stayed in was small but sufficient for two person. . There are everything such as air conditioning, TV, WiFi and basic kitchenware. Tivat center is 15 minutes by foot. There is a bus for Kotor every hour or a taxi if you want. There are very affordable restaurants with good food and fish and reasonable prices in the vicinity. Ice cream shop, pastry shop, boiled corn shop are very close by. A place we can think of going again next year.
