We booked this guesthouse for 2 nights without knowing much about it. It's in an authentic building, with big balconies that invite you to socialize. It has the best location , especially if it's your first time in Chiang Mai. It was very fast and easy to get to any place in town, there's a 7-11 and a grate café next door. We were accepted with open arms and so much love and care by Ma and her staff. They really gave us the sense of home away from home. We will definitely come back ❤️

Everything! Second time staying there during our trip up north. See my previous review. One of the best places we stayed at in all of Thailands! Breakfast is incredible! Just book - you won’t regret!

Super amazing staff, helped us with everything and even washed our clothes for free. Great accomodation, great location and the breakfast is very good. Also they offer free bottles of water, which was amazing. Would absokutely recommend staying here!!
