Ian “A magical setting in the heart of historic Birgu”

A beautiful Traditional Maltese house in the historic Birgu/Vittoriosa area of the Three Cities. A wonderful setting that feels like you are living history. The house has a balcony and roof terrace with great views. It is a 2 min walk to the main square where there are ample shops, bars and restaurants. Indeed the owners of the house have a restaurant there which serves great Maltese cuisine. A further 5 mins walk will get you to the Birgu waterfront where there are more bars and restaurants and you can catch a beautiful traditional water taxi across the Grand Harbour to Valleta. It really is a magical spot set in the historic, atmospheric narrow alleyways of Birgu. Simply wonderful.

Historic building on quiet street in a fantastic location just off the main square of Vittoriosa. Close to public transport (2, 3, 4 buses) and a walk to the ferry to Valletta. Great spot to relax away from the hubbub of Valletta but with easy access to it.

The location of the accommodation was excellent, everything is nearby. Easy communication and agreement. The apartment was clean and tidy. The bathroom had toiletries, which is great for short-term travelers traveling with low-cost companies. We will come again.

Great little place close to the waterfront. Quite quirky. Quite well equipped. We found everything we needed for our stay. Beds were comfortable and everything was clean and tidy.
