the host , mr George is a teacher by profession and is a humble person. I checked in at 3 30 am and he was in the gate to receive me. He made sure that I was comfortable through out my stay. The breakfast of appam and egg curry was a delight. it was home made by the lady of the house and was too good. a short walk to the lake nearby is worth it, where you can even catch a short 10 minute boat ride ( govt service) to the next river bank, which they don't charge you also. a large lawn is there in the backyard and is neatly maintained.

It was an amazing stay! The heritage home is beautiful and it seems that you step back in time. The area is very tranquil, the garden and the view are so serene. Mr.George, the owner as well as Mr Sanoj were both very welcoming and honorable men. We felt like so welcomed that it almost seemed we were visiting a friend's or family house. The breakfast was very good. We received a lot of help during our stay with our journey, a ride to the bank, informations about all kind of things and a boat tour recommendation, which was amazing. It was by far our best stay in India, thank you!

Superb stay, have stayed here before and loved it then too. Beautiful restoration of the heritage property, and the owner has really taken into consideration the complementing surroundings. Absolutely wonderful family, and the day manager was so helpful and warm. Had the most wonderful home cooked breakfast with beautiful views.. cannot fault this place, well worth the money, good local links to attractions and eateries and the icing on the cake is the wonderful warmth of the hosts. Thank you for another amazing stay!
