I liked that everyone did their best for a good service and they were always super kind - the security, the bellboys (especially Mr. Ahmed El Tayar), the reception and the restaurant. And they always offered a smile and kindness. Great club sandwich by the way!

Basically I was there to support my friend who was in hospital next door. It was easy and safe to get back and forth. The room was very modern and comfy, wifi was fine and the staff were very helpful.
