Beautiful apartment in the heart of Sarandë! Absolutely fantastic location and still quiet at night time. The apartment was exceptionally clean and everything you needed was provided. The host, Aida, was the highlight, she is so lovely & welcoming. Would highly, highly recommend this accommodation! 10/10

Our most wonderful trip and accommodation experience so far... I'm truly at a loss for words to describe the hospitality of the owners – such genuinely kind and warm-hearted people, you can’t even imagine. The apartment is actually larger than it appears in the photos and spotlessly clean. The beds are incredibly comfortable with memory foam mattresses, and the kitchen is fully equipped with everything you need – even spices for cooking! The Wi-Fi is lightning fast, and everything exceeded our expectations. The owners even arranged transportation for us to and from the location. The main beach is just a 2-minute walk away – in fact, this is the very center of town, surrounded by shops, markets, and restaurants. You don’t even need to rent a beach umbrella because both city beaches nearby are completely free and open. The owner even provided us with a beach umbrella so we didn’t have to buy or rent one – we didn’t pay a single euro for it the entire time (which normally costs €5/day). All I can say is – absolutely perfect. An unforgettable stay and an amazing experience in beautiful Saranda. The hosts were available 24/7 for anything we needed, always ready to help or give advice. I honestly have no words... it was great❤️

First of all the location is very near to everything important. The bed and mattress are really comfortable and you get quality sleep. Moreover the big sofa was great, so you don’t have to sit on the bed all the time, when you need to do anything. Now what or better said who made our stay special: Aida and her lovely husband! We got great tips, an umbrella for the beach, olives, butter and bread, love and hospitality! They took time to talk to us even about life and you really feel at home! Vila Xhani is the only option for us when we come back to stay in Saranda, we even extended our stay without having it planned in beforehand. After our stay here, we also got tips for Tirana. Thank you for everything!! I would totally recommend choosing Vila Xhani :)

We were warmly welcomed by our amazing hosts – the hostess and her husband went above and beyond to make us feel at home. They were incredibly kind, always available with helpful tips and recommendations, no matter the time of day. The location couldn’t be better – right on the promenade, with everything just steps away. The house itself is traditional and full of charm, which added to the authenticity of our stay. Another great plus: private parking right at the property, and the host even helped us park the car – so kind and attentive! We truly felt taken care of and would gladly return anytime. Thank you so much for your wonderful hospitality!
