Nurlan was amazing, letting us into the property and showing us everything inside. Place is super nice and clean and even has filtered drinking water, saves you worrying about buying bottled water. Super convenient!

Everything was great with good amenities, the owner was very kind and super helpful, he gave us an intro to the place and advise for the city and carried our bags up - thank you very much for that. He also double checked with our taxi driver as we didn’t speak the language. There was also some confusions so make sure you bring cash to pay at the property or a working bank card to get cash out. The location is great with ATM nearby, a large mall 10min walk away, food spots and grocery stores also in walking distance.

The location is excellent, within walking distance of supermarkets and restaurants. The owner, Mr. Ruslan, is very kind and helpful—he even assisted us in carrying our luggage from the basement to the 5th floor. However, it offers a spacious area suitable for up to four people and comes fully equipped with a kitchen, air conditioning, and a washing machine. Our family was very happy staying here and would definitely recommend it!

The accommodation was immaculate — clean, stylish, and cozy, with all the amenities you could possibly need. What truly made this stay exceptional was the host. Warm, welcoming, and incredibly helpful, Nurlan went above and beyond to ensure we had everything we needed. The level of care and hospitality was unmatched.
