Excellent breakfast room serving a lovely breakfast. Great location with an easy walk into the centre of York. Ideal for what we needed, which was just an overnight stay.

Rooms spotless -excellent easy to use power shower - again spotlessly clean - serviced both days of stay- large TV - 15 mins walk into centre downhill - bus stops outside to avoid uphill walk back - nice bar area altho a bit deserted - very secure keyless entry doors and communal areas wouldn't hesitate to book again
