This hotel in our opinion is good 3 star hotel, but to actually be 4 stars it misses some amenities and food quality. Rooms (4 stars): - spacious with large beds - the washroom we had was uniqueue, it had glass doors (the whole washroom). The shower was visible from the bed. There was privacy around the toilet. Problem is that neighbours from the windows could see inside the shower. curtains helped to some extent Parking - free parking in front of the hotel, while the number of spots seems to be limited we always found space. Service (5 stars): - the service was friendly and helpful, especially during check in. Restaurant staff was nice as well but seemed like they are in the internship, lacking the experience. Location (5 stars): Absolutely perfect, we parked our car and walked everywhere in city center.

However, the true highlight was the exceptional staff, who elevated the standard of hospitality from the moment I arrived. Upon entry, Ema at the reception made a lasting impression with her warm smile and professional grace. Her attentive and thoughtful approach to every interaction not only set the tone for a welcoming stay but also hinted at a mutual appreciation that went beyond mere hospitality. Her presence added a personal touch that made Hotel & Restaurant Ponte Bianco feel like more than just a place to stay—it felt like coming home. In the restaurant, Jovan was indispensable, expertly managing last-minute reservations during vibrant weekends filled with live music. His adept wine selections and exquisite meal recommendations greatly enhanced my dining experiences, showcasing his profound knowledge and foresight. Morning service was elevated to an exceptional part of each day thanks to Natalija’s expert espresso craft. The commitment of the entire restaurant team, especially Teodora, Kaca, and Kristina, elevated every dining moment, from morning coffees to late-night cocktails. Their grace in catering to every occasion transformed meals and special birthday surprises into unforgettable celebrations. The combined efforts of the entire Ponte Bianco team—from the skilled chefs and knowledgeable bartenders to the diligent housekeepers—created an atmosphere of professionalism and warmth. Their dedication ensures that Ponte Bianco is more than just a place to stay; it’s a destination where guests feel deeply valued and pampered.

New and modern hotel. Clean. Room spacious with nice bathroom. Staff young but helpful and polite. There was no electricity in the morning but they managed to provide fine breakfast (except coffee). Safe parking and underground garage. Five minutes walk to city center. Fantastic restaurant just across the entrance to the hotel. Best value for money in region. A friend whose room was payed through Booking paid in cash in the morning (when there was no elecricity) but staff called me same morning to discuss ways of refund. Very professional!
