We are not connected to the city water network. We only have borehole water certified potable by the COFRAC laboratory but which we recommend not drinking due to the occasional presence of sand. The property is non-smoking and is 17 km from the Wine University.This rental is not shared with other holidaymakers.The vacation home with terrace and garden view features 1 bedroom, a living room, a flat-screen TV, a fully equipped kitchen with a dishwasher and oven, and 1 bathroom with a shower and washing machine. Guests can enjoy the ambiance of the surrounding area from an alfresco dining area. For added privacy, the accommodation features a private entrance and soundproofing.Holidaymakers can enjoy activities in and around Visan, such as hiking, walking and cycling, and visits to numerous Provencal villages.The Drôme Provençale golf course is 18 km from Provence-cool.This property will not accommodate hen, stag or similar parties.

The peaceful & tranquil location was excellent. The Gite has a well stocked kitchen & good secure parking. The couple running the Gite are lovely and are both around and present but not intrusive so just right.
