Our stay was absolutely wonderful and exceeded our expectations. There are two parking spaces directly by the fence with convenient access through the garden gate, which we truly appreciated. A big bonus was the pleasant seating area in the garden and the possibility to use the grill. The apartment is fully and very well equipped – we lacked nothing. Everything was beautifully cozy, perfectly clean, and prepared with great attention to detail. We were also pleasantly surprised by the welcome drink, with both alcoholic and non-alcoholic options for children, which was a very thoughtful gesture. The Gerlitzen ski area is about 10 minutes away by car, there is a Billa supermarket right behind the house for quick shopping, and a lovely walk to the lake is only about 5 minutes away. Communication with the host was absolutely smooth, quick, and very friendly. We felt truly welcome and felt at home throughout our entire stay. We highly recommend this accommodation and would be very happy to return.

We stayed in the apartment for 4 nights, 4 adults and one child. We have traveled to many places, but this was the first accommodation where the reality exceeded the photos. We can only recommend it: the apartment is spacious, fully equipped, and exceptionally clean. Our host was incredibly kind and helpful, always available whenever we needed anything. We truly couldn’t have asked for a better place to stay.
