The staff were very friendly and helpful, the hotel it's kept very clean and you can see they are constantly investing on it's upkeep. The food it's varied and of excellent standard, the entertainment was of good quality and the staff at the entertainment area are very attentive.

Great hotel, excellent facilities and food/drink. But the best bit was probably the staff, they were all hugely friendly and welcoming, particularly the kids club and restaurant staff.
