We were extremely satisfied with our stay at the riad. The place was beautiful, clean, and very comfortable, and it truly felt like a home away from home. The host was incredibly kind, welcoming, and always ready to help, which made our experience even more enjoyable. We couldn’t have asked for a better stay and would gladly return in the future!

The clinching factor with this riad is the location & the 360 degree panoramic view from the rooftop. Unbeatable. The riad itself is very old with many authentic features especially on the lower & middle floors. It's a bit rough around the edges but you are not paying top dirham. The souk is right outside your door & you are quickly immersed in Moroccan life free of tourists. Opportunities like this are now rare. Not a mobile phone shop in sight. I found Muner the host to be very funny & entertaining, albeit slightly chaotic at times. Tetouan medina is something rare these days - relatively free of tourists & an interesting contrast to the "European" areas outside the medina

There was a lovely covered seating area outside our room and a few more seating areas on the rooftop so plenty of places to read/ relax. The room was comfortable with shower and loo within the room. Location was handy for the central area. The owner helped to get a taxi to the ferry port and let us store some of our food in the fridge. We had breakfast for 5E each one of the days (breads, olives, fried egg, jams and very sweet mint tea).

I had a wonderful stay in this beautiful riad. Price quality is very good. Amazing rooftop with 360 view of the medina and mountains. Quiet, good vibes. You will feel home. In the middle of the medina. Option to have a good breakfast. I would repeat without any doubt.
