A lovely hotel in the heart of the city — the room was spacious, clean and had a beautiful balcony overlooking a charming street. The staff were very kind and helpful.

We loved the location of the hotel! Very close to the Alcazar and Cathedral with plenty of places to eat. The room was brilliant value for money and the air conditioning was brilliant in the heat.

The hotel was in a perfect location in the heart of the city. Close to the hop on hop off bus stop and near enough to walk to the Plaza de Espana where we went to see the Kyle concert. Loads of bars and restaurants very close. Great communication from the hotel by WhatsApp as the reception is not manned 24 hours a day. Message sent with all the codes to get into the hotel and the rooms. When they saw we had arrived they phoned us to check everything OK. We arrived at 9.30 am and 5 of our 6 rooms were available for us. Nice modern bathroom. We were in 306 which is a big room. There is a terrace on the roof although in July it was too hot to sit on. There is a room to put your luggage in if you are leaving after 12 when you have to be out of the room. There is a machine in the reception area where you can puchase drinks and snacks. Would definetely go back if we go to Seville again.
