As with all City centre hotels, on a budget, location is paramount and Quality in Rome was in the right place for us to be able to walk almost everywhere. We loved the lift, quirky and old fashioned.

Giulia put us in connection with a company to arrange for an airport shuttle from the airport,we appreciate it. She also book a taxi for our 7:35 tour of the Vatican. Location of Quality in Rome very good. Kettle in the room.

Spacious room and clean. Staff were very responsive and helpful. Our toilet's flush didn't work on our first night, and the lady receptionist and the maintenance guy went out of their way even late at night to help us and fix the flush.

This place is in a perfect location a short walk from Termino but in a very nice area. It's also in between both metro A and B so you can get anywhere. We haven't met the staff but Giulia was very responsive and nice. The guest house itself is nice and comfy and also very clean. I really recommend it.
