Very kind owners, flexible to the max and they helped us out when we weren’t able to check-in on the original day. They didn’t have to do that, but did it, which is incredibly kind! The house itself is beautiful with an exciting approach through very narrow roads. The view of Lyon is incredible. The cooking skills of the owners are great, we hade a very good 3-course meal at a fair price. We sat with the other guests at a large table which lead to funny conversations although we lack good French. Breakfast was served in the garden and was a good start of our day.

We felt we'd received a genuine French welcome in this historic setting. Our hosts were attentive and helpful. The home cooked evening meal was exceptional and the breakfast delicious.

Very warm welcome from the hosts, the cuisine was top class from a master chef, very nice evening spent chatting with the other guests around the table d'hôte, perfect quiet and comfort
