Good price for a suite with a nice balcony, comfortable bed and nice friendly staff at reception. Nice big flat screen tvs in bedroom and living space. Swimming pools looked nice but we didn’t use them.

Restaurant Service In fairness, I must acknowledge a rather positive experience with the restaurant personnel. When a spot of bother arose during our visit (we were initially refused dinner service at the restaurant, which should have been included in our accommodation package), the restaurant staff demonstrated commendable professionalism. They responded immediately to the incident and sorted out the complications with impressive efficiency. It was particularly pleasant to receive genuine apologies from the restaurant management, accompanied by a lovely little presentation as compensation. Such an approach to resolving difficulties deserves proper recognition and shows that the hotel does employ staff who understand the importance of quality service. Room Conditions On a positive note, I must commend the cleanliness of the rooms - housekeeping was carried out to a high standard and with proper regularity.
