Location was perfect for us: in the centre but a bit out of the madding crowds. Quite near Wenceslas (Vaclavské) Square and the Metro. Walking distance to Old Town, boat tour, Charles Bridge, Castle etc. Breakfast was pretty plentiful but the coffee/hot water machine was extremely slow. You could use a better machine or add a second for better service. The room ended up as an apartment or room for 3! It was quite large, very warm and comfortable. Kettle in the room was much appreciated and well used.
