Hotel Overview

Set in thoughtfully restored building overlooking the Atlantic, THE ONE Grand Hotel da Póvoa - by MHMB Hospitality offers neatly furnished rooms with private bathrooms on Povoa do Varzim’s seafront promenade. It features a casino next door.
This seaside hotel provides contemporary rooms which were recently fully renovated. All have an intimate décor, air conditioning and have satellite televisions. The private bathroom is equipped with a shower and hairdryer.
A daily 100% Halal breakfast buffet is served in the dining room or on the terrace. The hotel's restaurant with panoramic sea views offers unique Asian cuisine. Lunch, Dinner and Drinks are available from the Restaurant and Hotel Bar.
The Hotel is located in front of 12 km of good beaches for swimming and surfing, where there are bars, restaurants and lots of entertainment. For fun, you can also visit the famous CASINO DA PÓVOA, 100m from the Hotel, and has a buzzing nightlife during the summer.
Porto city centre can be reached within one hour from Póvoa de Varzim Metro Station, 2 minutes’ walking from the hotel. The trip to Francisco de Sá Carneiro Airport, on the same line, takes only 15 minutes.

We had a major medical problem and they were able to provide a weelchair and even an extra special one in plastic for the shower. They provided bags with ice and towels upon request. Simply very very good service. Also excellent buffet, beds etc. Very nice people at the reception, breakfast, cleaning, ... Congratulations.

I highly recommend this hotel. It’s in a great location. You can walk to everything. The staff are absolutely wonderful. The breakfast was included and I really enjoyed it. I was there for a wedding, a solo stay. The staff were 10/10.
