The staff were so helpful and attentive helping us check in a little early and throughout our whole stay. We had the most economical room- and while the bathroom being half a floor up from the actual room was a little inconvenient at times, the actual facilities were great. But prior to check there was complete transparency about the room and we knew what we were getting. Comfy bed. Good location. The Cafe below, Balta, served great coffee and good food. Definitely recommend it.

It was so central to everything. Had a lovely balcony to sit out on. The breakfast at the cafe downstairs was amazing. All the staff were so welcoming and friendly. We were able to store our luggage on the day of departure. I would definitely stay here again
