Great location, within walking distance of Walmart, shopping, the beach, 5th Street, and many, many excellent restaurants and entertainment venues. Felt very safe with the 24/7 security staff on site, keyless entries. Our suite had a fantastically comfortable king size bed, all the amenities we needed to eat in when we wanted, beautiful view from balcony. Pool was great as well! Restaurants offered many dining option besides Mexican cuisine, such as Italian Indian, French and Jamaican to name a few, all very reasonably priced! Our property manager was very attentive, provided excellent suggestions for things to do, places to go, and arranged for our transportation back to airport. He was very quick to bring in a repairman when our air conditioner failed. Free laundry facility on our floor. Great that Tulum was so close by to visit!
