Villa Evdokia is one of those places that stays in your heart and that you return to in your thoughts on cold or hectic days. The space of the house is very generous, beautifully decorated and offers everything you could need even for a longer stay (large smart TV, washing machine, dishwasher). However, no matter what small shortcoming you encounter, it is surpassed by the availability of the hosts and the wonderful terrace of the house with the view, the sunsets and the magnificent sunrises. The villa is very well positioned, you can walk to the beaches, restaurants and shops, but also to other places by short trips by car. It is also easy to reach other places of interest (Sitia, Vai Pal Forest, Ierapetra, Etia), the roads in the area being better and wider than in other areas of Crete.

The accommodation is located in a wonderfully peaceful spot, surrounded by a beautiful garden with olive trees. The villa itself is stunning, designed in traditional Cretan style, perfectly clean, and equipped with every imaginable comfort, Wi-Fi worked reliably. The highlight for us was the spacious terrace with breathtaking views of the sea and sunsets. It’s the perfect place to relax, enjoy the scenery, and even cuddle the friendly Cretan cats that wander by. What made this vacation truly special, however, was the incredible hospitality of Giannis and his lovely mother, Eleni. Despite visiting Crete for many years, this was one of our best holidays ever. We still fondly remember the dinner with Eleni’s delicious Cretan specialties and all the laughter we shared with Giannis over raki. Thank you, Giannis and Eleni, for your kindness and hospitality, we truly appreciate it.

Giannis Villas is perfect for families in all means☺️ We felt like we arrived home not to booking house. All facilities you can find in the kitchenand loundry room and great porch. We had fruites and great wine in the fridge and Giannis took care of all we needed. The beach is 3 minutes drive and the taverna are super good and calm. We recommand this place and Giannis big heart💖 Hope we'll be back 🥰

Wonderful property in a great location near to beach and main road for access to mountain gorges for walking. The house is very well equipped and our hosts were kind ,generous and full of information to make our stay great.
