Location was excellent. Just near both underground and main train station. Buses passed out the front. Close to shopping and tourist access . Had own cooking facilities if needed

Ease of check-in, especially given the limited id I had available on arrival, and great payments policy, which made it super easy, booking confirmed without any charge, meaning it was simple to pay on arrival and settle in!

Staff were helpful. Experienced an electrical outage, staff were able to resolve by the time I finished having my breakfast by relocating me to another room on the same floor. Great location too!!
