Hotel well located and clean. Our room was huge and amenities fabulous, even if a little dark despite the openable window. Best quality at real fair prices

The location is quiet although close to all you need, from convenience stores, and supermarkets, to a multitude of restaurants. The subway station is also 10 minutes walk max so it's easy to go everywhere within Osaka and even Kyoto. The bed is comfy and king-sized I believe. Huge TV screen (I think it was 75 inches). The bubble bath was so relaxing after a long day visiting Osaka. The staff was friendly and the room was always very clean when we returned (We stayed 3 nights). Late checkout (noon!). Thanks for the free umbrellas when we left on that very rainy day.
