This property will not accommodate hen, stag or similar parties. A damage deposit of UAH 600 is required on arrival. This will be collected as a cash payment. You should be reimbursed on check-out. Your deposit will be refunded in full in cash, subject to an inspection of the property. A prepayment deposit via bank transfer is required to secure your reservation, if booked with a bank card within 2 days after booking. Please note that the hotel will contact you directly regarding the prepayment of your reservation. The hotel reserves the right to cancel your reservation in case the deposit has not been transferred.
Please note that if you check in from 20:00 until 08:00 a prepayment is required. The property will contact you after you book to provide any bank transfer instructions.
