It was small and cosy just what we wanted. The lake/pond was lovely to look at and despite being a working farm it was very quiet. The kitchen was well fitted out and the sofas comfortable.

Beautiful secluded spot, really quiet with a big pond out the back where we saw a Kingfisher. Well equipped and cosy.

Our third stay at Sparrow barn. Lovely quiet spot close to the Marriots Way and attractive Georgian small town of Reepham. Beautifully clean and well equipped for a relaxing stay. Overlooks a nice large pond and the farm. The hosts are lovely and very helpful with information and the area is well situated to visit many attractive places in the area and days out to the coast. Plenty of great local eateries nearby..car needed.
