Probably the best accommodation we ever stayed in, very modern, high-end, very spacious, it was brilliant. 3 bedrooms with double beds, huge living room area, very well equipped kitchen, it was really a penthouse in true meaning. Kaprun ski resort was around 15 min car drive, Kitzbuhel was about 30 minutes.

The apartment is spacious and comfortable for our family of 5. Even 6 people can fit without disturbing the comfort of living. The property is richly equipped luxuriously, even a little more than usual for this type of property which is rented to tourists. The kitchen is stocked with everything needed for permanent living and with quality appliances and a premium grade coffee maker. There is a walk-in closet, laundry room, master bedroom with bath, separate bathroom, separate toilet, 2nd bedroom with king bed and pull out sofa bed. The living room is spacious with clean design, nice smart TV large sofa and separate very comfortable armchair. The terrace is huge, the window frames are high quality, the windows overlooking the mountains also have external blinds with remote control. We were extremely happy with our choice - the place is very quiet, the town is peaceful, there is a great place to eat and a food shop nearby. The drive to areitXpress, Salzachtal Bundesstraße 22, 5700 Zell am See is 12-15 minutes and if that doesn't bother you the place is perfect for those wanting to practice winter sports in Schmitten and Kaprun
