A view of the Falls is only available in specific "Falls view" rooms and cannot be accommodated upon request.Please note that a buffet breakfast is provided from May until October and an a la carte breakfast is provided from November until April, both with surcharge and upon request.Guests are required to show a photo identification and credit card upon check-in. Room was clean and linen was clean s well. Bathroom was big with jacuzzi tub. The hallways were also big and bright. Swimming pool and gym renewated and looks clean. Front desk staff (Sukhdeep?) was very friendly and polite.

Upon arrival, we were given an upgrade. We had previously stayed in a similar room on our last visit. So needless to say we were very happy 😊 All the staff from the parking attendees to the front staff and the cleaning crew are all very friendly and helpful 👍
