Very happy with our stay. Cannot fault reception, catering and housekeeping staff. Everywhere clean ., including the pool. Reception staff happy and helpful, good and varied choice of breakfast and topped up regularly by catering staff, room clean and comfortable.

We are loyal customers of Nemea, from long time ago. Always the best of this hotel is the swimming pool. This time the water had a lot of cloro but the temperature was ideal for a bath. As we always do, we check the room, take photos and videos, specially because the receptionist took 150 euros as deposit. it is the first time, never before. He says is because in case of any desperfect or broken things, don't take out the rubbish or don't clean the dishes. We got surprised with him, but anyway he says the amount will be unblocked next morning. Unfortunately nobody at 7.30 were at the reception,, so we trust they will give the order to unblock the deposit. We found a hair on the sheet. The shelf where the mirror is in the bathroom was very deteriorated and we took pictures. From the TV there is not more channels than in french and connect to the wifi was not easy. A little bit tutorial if you have MacBook or your android can connect with the wifi page. Once you choose in the wifi network Nemea, could be that your device doesn't will connect with it. After a little research I found that the provider of wifi has a bad reputation in the trust pilot and I found that the best way is download the free browser Brave and your problems disappear. If you have iphone or Android will beat nightmare if your browser is chrome. Brave doesn't share data and is free of cookies. And once you got the emergent page of the wifi provider don't write your personal email, just write anyone. The bed of the couch is anymore comfortable. At least this time, we were lucky to get a room where was not smell to cigarettes and free of smoke.
