The hotel is located directly in front of the Prophets mosque. The hotel is clean, with good facilities, decent sized room and excellent service from the staff. The food in the restaurant was of a very high standard. Special shout out to Muhammad Khalid in reception whonkindky upgraded my room to a haram view and to Mr Hamed who went out of his way and supported us through our stay.

Everything about the property was amazing , this was my first time doing umrah and honestly I’m so so glad I chose this place. The location! You cannot physically get a closer hotel!!! It is located on the more quieter side regarding food/shops just fyi. Secondly the price for what you get is really really good. Compared to my Makkah 5 star hotel , I honestly think this was better , I’m shocked as to why it is 3. The cleanliness , room size, customer service is amazing . Upon check in I got a new room upgrade for free , a bigger and better room with the best view of the mosque. The staff were all great and responsive for anything I needed. Honestly I’m struggling to fault it.
