I have stayed here many times. Staff really good, they go and beyond. Everybody is very helpful from the moment you arrive to the reception right to get you settled in your room. The staff in the dinner hall are excellent. I want to give Ibrahim a big thank you for everything he done. He made sure my stay was very comfortable. The beds and pillows very comfortable. That makes the stay more pleasurable. I have stayed in many hotels in marrakech but this one is very good. Thank you to all the staff. See you soon In Shall Allah.

Staff are excellent, cannot do enough for you. The entertainment team stood out, Ismail, Bono and Ibrahim from guest services.
