Please note that breakfast is served as a MiniBuffe Breakfast with a light choice of items until further notice. Deposit
For reservations up to 28 nights, UNITY do not requires a deposit to be paid.
For reservations of 29-59 nights a deposit of 5 000 SEK is required and for reservations of 60-90 nights a deposit of 10 000 SEK is required.
The deposit needs to be paid 7 nights prior to arrival. Weekly cleaning is included in the rate. Extra cleaning is available for additional fee. UNITY allows a maximum stay of 90 consecutive days. For further stays there needs to be a break of 2 nights between reservations.This property will not accommodate hen, stag or similar parties.
Guests are required to show a photo identification and credit card upon check-in. Please note that all Special Requests are subject to availability and additional charges may apply.
Guests under the age of 18 can only check in with a parent or official guardian.

Very fresh building, comfortable, reception 24h. Very clean and comfortable. Food offered was very fresh. Snacks and drinks available at all times.

It's a great concept for a longer stay in Malmoe and gives the guests plenty of independence and freedom. It's small, but it works. I had a studio, and the bedroom and the bathroom were almost the same size. Clean & simple.

I stayed here for 4 nights. The property itself is very pleasant, especially the garden terrace, which is thoughtfully designed as a chill-out zone – a little jungle where you can truly relax. Unfortunately, I was not impressed with the cleanliness of the room. I raised this with the manager, who promised it would be resolved, but it seems there is a lack of proper control and supervision, as some issues were not addressed. The hallway on the 3rd floor also had a very unpleasant smell. For the price I paid, I expected a higher standard of cleanliness. I found a lot of someone else’s hair in the room, which shows that vacuuming and floor cleaning are not done properly. The room facilities are otherwise excellent, but this was definitely a downside. The location is not right in the center, but it’s manageable, as the hotel offers bicycle rental at a reasonable price (around €10 per day/24 hours). However, I believe the reception staff could use some additional training. One employee was not very polite when I asked for information about certain locations and transportation. It felt like he was unwilling to help and lacked patience. Not everyone is suited for a customer-facing role, as working with people requires effort and empathy. The neighborhood itself is calm and quiet. Please take this review as constructive feedback, in the hope that you will improve housekeeping standards and bring cleanliness to a higher level.
