Everything from our warm welcome at reception, whereby we were very lucky to have our room ready in time for our early arrival, to the easily arranged taxi that picked us up on departure. We really appreciated the early room availability & understand it is not always possible. We loved our room & the location of RM Alba is central & handy to most things. There are great restaurants very nearby & we felt very welcome & cared about during our stay.

This hotel is conveniently situational in the middle of Las Letras; the staff is superbly professional and friendly and the breakfast delicious. Would stay there again!

Overall, everything was good, nothing was amazing. The location is the hotel's best feature. Both a short walk to the royal palace and plaza Mayor (west) and the golden triangle of museums (east). The room was nice and quiet with great interior design, the bed was comfortable and shower worked very well.
