Check in was easy Gave us a complimentary upgrade which was nice The room wasn’t ready as we were super early to get to Wimbledon But they stored our bags and when we returned late that evening they had closed the curtains and put the AC on for us to a very cool room, after a long day in the sun watching the tennis Location was perfect

Very spacious and beautifully decorated room. Staff were very friendly and helpful. The location of the hotel was great. Very close to the Underground and easy walking around Kensington/South Kensington.
