The view of this apartment really exceeded our expectation. I can imagine in winter, covered by snow, it would be even more magical. The room, is very spacious, with a big balcony overlooking at the mountains. Cross the apartment, we saw goats and cows happily grazing. The kitchen is equipped with everything we needed. The communications with the host was very smooth and they replied our questions promptly. The nearby view point Crap de La Paré is only 40 mins by feet, I did a morning run to there and the view of Lago di Livigno is stunning (but I went too early, the sunlight hadn't shined on the lake to give it turquoise colour). Livigno is also a place where you can buy tax free stuff because it's relative isolated location. We were on our way from Luzern to Dolomite. We decided to skip the famous Lake Como and went here which I was very happy about our decision. Maybe come back for ski season if the price is still affordable.

Exceptionally great view in the morning towards the valley with rising sun! Close to two ski lifts.

An extremely beautiful place, at an altitude of around 2000 m.a.s.l., a beautiful view directly from the interior. Casa Noemi is a very nice modern house with an architecture sensitive to its surroundings. High-quality construction and material solution, very tasteful interior, excellently equipped with everything needed for maximum comfort. Quiet nights, fragrant meadows, beautiful mornings, tinkling of cowbells somewhere in the distance. Not far away in the neighborhood, a rooster crowed in the morning and he also sounded a beautiful bel canto. We were really excited and captivated.

apartment location allows for the best ever view through the panoramic window to the east part of the mountains where you can enjoy sunrise every morning :) host very helpful :)
