Please note that Lidingö Arena Hotell does not have a 24-hour front desk, but staff can be reached via a free telephone connection.Breakfast is served between 06:30 and 09:00 on weekdays and between 08:00 and 10:30 on weekends. If you want breakfast earlier or later - ask the staff.Park in secure garage, give your licenseplate to us in reception and park 24hr for 150sek.Please note that pets will incur an additional charge of 200 SEK per day/per pet. Please inform the property in advance for confirmation if you plan to bring a pet.Please inform in advance of your expected arrival time. Monika and her team of keen young staff are always very aproachable and informative. Breakfast has a wide range of options (both hot and cold). Our room was very quiet though a little cramped around the generously sized bed. The bathroom was really spacious with excellent-quality soaps and shampoos. The hotel is on an island but transport options are brilliant, thanks to bus stops within 50 metres. In one direction, numerous buses take you to Ropsten on the mainland to use the underground into the city (only 5 stops). Even nicer (a suggestion from Monika which we appreciated so much we repeated it almost every day) is to take a bus for a ten-minute ride to a wharf to take the No.80 commuter ferry that zig-zags its way right into Nybroplan where many other ferries out into the archipelago leave from and Gamla Stan is then nearby.

Excellent location on the Lidingö island. Close to a bus stop with a direct connection to the subway and to a grocery store. Good breakfast. Easy commuting to KTH and the city center. Drinks and food are available at the reception. Nice design.

Price was a bit cheaper than most hotels around Stockholm. Bed was okay (but pillows weren't). Nice sushi place beside the hotel.

Pros: 1. Location. Ony 2 bus stops from Ropsten metro station (direct metro line to Gamla stan and Ferries). If you are lucky with a transport schedule, you can reach Gamla Stan in nearly 30min. If you have to wait a bus and then a metro train - in nearly 55min. 5 bus routes from metro (201, 204, 205, 206, 211), but you can wait for a bus up to 15min sometimes. If you prefer to walk to Ropsten it will take quite a long time as you need to cross a bridge. 2. Stylish interior 3. The staff was polite and friendly 4. Two supermarkets 300-350m from the hotel (Lidl and Coop)
