What a fabulous find! The hotel was right out in the country and had spectacular grounds. The staff were efficient and helpful and went out of their way to provide us with a meal suitable for a vegetarian. The Lounge and Dining room were lovely but as the weather was very hot, we dined on the terrace, which was perfect. We were on the top floor and the room was very hot, there was a fan provided. We would definitely stay there again if in the area, but would request a cooler room on the floor below!

We enjoyed the old charm of this property. The chateau hasn’t been renovated in some time and some of the features are outdated, but the overall feeling of the staff, service and good feeling in the building left us feeling great. The year of Covid has been difficult for all businesses and it was so nice to arrive and be cared for. Definitely recommend!
