Good comfortable properly excellent location , breakfast outside the villa , near the beach , very comfortable with cooking bbq , pool table and small pool . Very clean . Good host friendly . Cleaner explained about the house . Air purifier in rooms . Photo taking opportunity .

Very spacious, clean and tidy. We had bbq, whole family enjoyed it very much. I wanted to rate 10, but I only gave 8 due to there's no dining table inside the house, there's one outside with a ceiling fan - for BbQ is ok, but we still prefer to have one inside with the aircon. Also the kitchen knifes are not sharp, can't cut the meat well. Hence I rated 8. And please update the bbq pit photo. Though its not same as picture, but it is still functional. I recommend this place for big family.

Quiet location, beach is further away, walkable. Surrounding area has plenty of local Malay food . We enjoyed the nasi dagang and roti canai.
