This is my 4th time staying in Convictus Cracovia, and the hotel is amazing, as always. The breakfast is delicious, the rooms are comfortable, and the staff is very helpful. The location is also great - one can get to the city centre by tram in about 15 minutes.

We truly enjoyed our stay — the hotel lobby offers very comfortable and inviting spaces, including a bar, restaurant, and outdoor patio. Both the bar and restaurant provided excellent service, and the breakfast was great, with a wide selection of delicious options. Great option for families with kids!

The room is spacious and clean, there is a restaurant on the territory of the hotel, which is undoubtedly a plus, unfortunately we did not have time to see the spa area. Overall, a positive impression.

breakfast was ok, but restaurant overcrowded, forks went out, as well as paper cups, bread was great, I was missing hot bacon. room had quite nice air conditioner
