Very good, great position for our visit to Hampton Court. Evening Meal and breakfast both excellent. Car parking worked very well.

Staff were very friendly. Refillable water bottles were a nice touch. Tea and coffee was a nice quality in the room, the shortbread was delicious! The room was spacious and the bed was very comfortable. I loved the colour of the paintwork, and I had a very pleasant stay.
