Lovely hotel, however there were many broken floors tiles on the main pool floor, which easy cut a foot. The pool floor also felt gritty, needed a good clean.

Loved everything about this place. Great value for money! We stayed here for 6 nights over the Songkran holiday period. The staff here were exceptional. This place is right across from the beach, the main pool is huge, they also sell have a fun kids pool with a little water slide. The breakfast buffet is lovely and fresh, great mix of tourists stay here. Feels like the perfect location at the Northern end of Karon, close enough walk to all the Karon restaurants but just out enough where it feels less busy. When we come to Phuket again we will definitely come to Karon beach and book Holiday Inn again!

Very helpful and lovely staff. Thankful for the free upgrade. Rooms beautiful cool clean spacious and quiet. Kids loved the plunge pool and facilities. The manager Lahiru was lovely and extra accommodating. Will.stay again.

the staff was very friendly and always helpful - starting with serving my wish for a nice and rather quiet Room, and offering the opportunity to stay at the Pool on the day of departure after Check out, as well as providing a shower Room; a great Service for the guests ! the breakfast buffet offered plenty of different choices of Food - Continental as well as asian-style; the Location was a bit away from the main road of Karon Beach, though just few walking minutes away;
