The accommodation is located on the mountain, near the middle station of the cable car. Since we visited in the summer, we really enjoyed the location. When we wanted cooler weather, we went higher up. We saw some negative comments about the lack of internet, but that issue was resolved during our stay; they installed Wi-Fi, and it works well. The beds are comfortable, and the view opens to the mountains. Communication with the host was smooth. The kitchen is well-equipped. There is parking available in the underground garage. For a week-long stay, it’s worth purchasing the Kärnten Card, as many activities and attractions are free with it.

The apartment was very nice, worm and clean (much cozier then on the pictures). It is equipe with all necessary for vacation (toaster, sandwich maker, coffee machine, a lot to dishes, it even has washing machine if you need to use it). Floor heating was very good and in addition there are 2 heaters in the apartment to use if someone needs it. There is a parking lot in garage for your car, high enough for SUV with koffer on top. This is very nice and convenient. We renter a ski locker next to apartment, it is 19EUR per week, but I would recommend doing the same on the slope, then you can easily walk to there and back after skiing (in the time when there is not enough snow on the streets one part of the road from the apartment to the slopes and back cannot be used with skis). The ski locker next to apartment we used had very bad or not enough heat so not very useful (this has nothing to do with apartment itself, but it is a tip for skiers). Altogether, the apartment is super and if again in Geriltzen this would be our choice.

Very comfortable, warm and clean accommodation. Quiet family place, where house rules are respected. It is located on a mountain near the ski slopes, high where the air is clean. We picked up the keys from the key locker so we didn't have to rush. We had excellent communication with the host. When making a reservation, I made a mistake and booked for 2 adults instead of 2 adults and 3 children, so it was prepared for 2 people, but the host delivered additional bedding for 3 children in 20 minutes. A free garage is located near the apartment, about 15 meters from the building.
