Breakfast was very good. The all you can eat buffet was excellent on the first day, very good on the second day, and fair on the third day. Staff members were very friendly and helpful. It is very practical to rent the ski gear at the hotel (and you can buy some broken outfit bits as well). The hotel gave us a free pass for the Spa area. Rooms were very clean. There was a very efficient shuttle from the hotel to el Tarter (5-min drive)

Lovely and friendly staff, special thanks to Sofia! The shuttle to El Tarter and the free ski lockers were really great. The room was very spacious and comfortable.

Clean and comfortable rooms. Food was lovely. Staff were lovely,friendly and efficient. Ski lockers were great and free. Shuttle bus to El Tarter gondola was super regular and efficient. Communal area comfortable
