Located in Khao Takiab, some 7kms south of Hua Hin centre, this is a fabulous gem. Very comfortably furnished with ample space for a couple (2nd en suite bedroom imminently suitable for another couple or family members). Excellent crockery/cutlery/utensils provided together with good fridge/microwave and stove top. Balcony provided an outdoor eating option overlooking fabulous pool - and adjacent Sea Pine golf course. Eric provided much helpful pre arrival information & was there to welcome us - and say goodbye! 300 metre walk to 7kms of largely unoccupied sandy beach provided good early morning exercise - and choice of small restaurants/food stalls/bars of an evening .... short walk to several other eating options, local fishing village, two small supermarkets for basic supplies - & laundry service if you don’t wish to use washing machine in apartment. Grab taxi service will cost around 110- 145 baht one way to Market Village (large Lotus supermarket) or central Clock Tower. The whole complex is kept very clean and neat together with 24/7 security personal (& CCTV) all of which just added to the enjoyment of our 3 week stay. Highly recommended, a tranquil safe location with excellent accommodation. We wished we were staying longer!

Apartment only minutes from the sea and a fabulous beach, with a few beach bars, locals very friendly (you can get a great massage from two lovely ladies - definitely a must) ... great view of a fabulous swimming pool ... Eric was great, arranged transport from the airport, met us on arrival and showed us around his beautiful apartment, during our stay he efficiently sorted out a WiFi problem, he arranged transport to take us back to the airport ... an excellent host, thank you Eric

Eric - a great man, excellent host. Clean and tidy apartment, 2 bathrooms (!), 4 ACs, wide balcony with a perfect view, WiFi and Netflix, a clean and well maintained pool at the property. Very good location - close to the pine tree beach, 7/11, monkey temple, Vana Nava waterpark. Absolutely exceeded the expectations of our family of four.
